PCI led PS&E documents for an indefinite deliverable contract that had 13 projects consisting of a roadway widening project, with most requiring a bridge widening or replacement. All projects were located within the TxDOT San Antonio District and included:

- I-10 East Frontage Road at Cibolo Creek
- FM 1347 at Ecleto Creek
- FM 541 at Marcelinas Creek
- FM 541 at Draw
- US 87 at Cibolo Creek
- FM 311 at Miller Creek
- I-10 Frontage Roads at Salatrillo Creek
- BS 46C in New Braunfels
- BI-35 at Guadalupe River
- FM 78 at Walnut Branch
- FM 470
Each project involved environmental clearance, horizontal and vertical alignment design, traffic control plans, a typical section design, signing and striping, culvert layouts, bridge design, complex hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and design, stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPP), and cross-sections.
One project to highlight was the BI-35 at the Guadalupe River. This project involved bank stabilization for the west bank along the Guadalupe River under the BI-35 bridge. Services included designing gabion baskets where scouring created embankment challenges.
