Mr. Diaz rejoined PCI in 2019 to lead the firm’s Engineering department as Vice President. With over 28 years of experience, Mr. Diaz oversees the design of local, state, and federal projects for PCI clients including TxDOT and local municipalities. He has a strong technical background in both the public and private sectors that include the design of roadway, utilities, earthworks, drainage, topography, hydraulic modeling, bridge layout designs, complex underground storm sewer networks, and detention and water quality ponds. As VP of Engineering, Mr. Diaz is experienced in documentation preparation, from master planning to final construction documents, quantities and specifications, and utility coordination / inspection. He upholds PCI’s values in family, community, and education through his work with the ACE Mentor program, encouraging high school students to pursue education in civil engineering, and the firm’s internship program.
