Did you know that Poznecki-Camarillo (PCI) was founded by an engineer and surveyor?
That’s right! The combination of expertise from our founders, Mr. Andy Poznecki, PE and Mr. Adalberto “Beto” Camarillo, Sr., RPLS cemented the foundation of our firm today.
Although it was chartered in December of 1981, Poznecki-Camarillo’s first reception and official announcement of our practice was on March 5th, 1982.
After many years, Mr. Andy Poznecki retired and Mr. Adalberto Camarillo, Sr., RPLS took over the firm. He continued his legacy through his family that include his sons Mr. Fernando Camarillo, PE and Mr. Adalberto Camarillo, Jr., and his daughter-in-law, Mrs. Lena Camarillo.
Today, PCI has expanded its consulting services from our San Antonio headquarters to our Georgetown office. PCI’s in-house services now include civil engineering, environmental, public involvement, land surveying, and GIS.
PCI is now owned by Fernando Camarillo, PE, Beto Camarillo, Sr., RPLS, and Adalberto Camarillo, Jr., employing 50+ professionals. As we commemorate our 40th anniversary, we invite you to explore our origins, milestones, and celebrations!

What better way to celebrate decades of success than throwing a big party for our clients at a historic San Antonio venue that was one of our projects? Our client event was held at the Red Berry Estate on May 5, 2022 that included Hors d’oeuvres, Key Project Spotlights, Live Acoustic Music, a Photobooth, Networking, and a Casino in the Red Berry’s infamous casino level basement.
