Claudia González-Liendo, PE joined Poznecki-Camarillo in 2022. As a Senior Project Engineer, she brings 29 years’ experience in civil engineering, with schematic and PS&E. She has expertise in state and municipal projects that involve roadway planning and construction, roadway rehabilitation, drainage, bridge rehabilitation, and utility coordination/compensable reimbursements. She has 25 years of extensive experience working on roadway projects for TxDOT as a former Advanced Project Development Engineer and Transportation Engineer. She was the researcher and lead author of Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) Composites for Infrastructure Applications (2009). As a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, she has served as a project manager on numerous feasibility studies and PS&E projects. Her work with TxDOT as a Quality Assurance Engineer for the Bridge Inspection Program consisted of performing bridge inspections, detailed reviews, and the implementation of federal and state bridge related policy. She has become adept in developing innovative solutions with her strengths being the ability to communicate project progress to clients and stakeholders, while developing alternatives that save time, money, and address problematic issues.
