Robert L.B. Tobin “Hardberger” Land Bridge CE, over Wurzbach Parkway

PCI prepared a categorical exclusion and associated environmental studies for this high-profile City of San Antonio project to construct a land bridge over Wurzbach Parkway, connecting both sides of Phil Hardberger Park. The Robert L.B. Tobin Land Bridge is a beautiful and creative project that allows people and animals to safely cross over the busy parkway. To date, The Hardberger Land Bridge is the largest wildlife crossing constructed in the United States.
