PCI provided civil engineering, surveying, and environmental services as the prime consultant to Frio County following an existing roadway and drainage structure collapse. The existing roadway served as a through road for rural traffic, limiting detour options. Due to urgent need, PCI proposed a temporary detour that was operational within a few weeks, providing cost savings to the County and a design that would not conflict with the proposed permanent structure.
