Marshall Road, from US 281 to Bulverde Road

PCI provided engineering, surveying, and environmental services for Bexar County to widen Marshall Road to provide operational improvements, necessary drainage improvements, and bicycle/pedestrian amenities. The new roadway would include two travel lanes, a 22-foot median, bike lanes in each direction, and sidewalks on the south side of the road. The project was located over the Edwards Aquifer and included treatment of the drainage runoff before outfalling at the sensitive creek.
