Rocket Lane Expansion and Schaefer Road, from E. Norris to Loop 1604 MPO

PCI provided civil engineering, surveying, environmental, and public involvement services to the City of Converse on the widening of Schaefer Road and Rocket Lane from a two- to a five-lane roadway for added capacity. Improvements included continuous center turn lanes, curbs, sidewalks, a shared-use path, and raised median with pedestrian crossings. Due to the project’s proximity to two local schools, PCI coordinated with stakeholders, including Judson ISD and the area HOA.
