Main Avenue and Soledad Street, from Navarro to Commerce

PCI was the prime consultant for the City of San Antonio on this downtown road reconstruction of Main Avenue and Soledad Street, from Navarro to Commerce, right through the heart of San Antonio. PCI provided land surveying, environmental, and civil engineering services to convert the roadway from one- to two-way streets with the addition of dedicated bike lanes, on-street parking, and improvements to pedestrian amenities.
