Beto Camarillo joined Poznecki-Camarillo in 2017. He now serves as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer (COO). As co-owner of the firm, Beto is responsible for overseeing the business operations of the company, including human resources, accounting, finance, marketing, project management governance, facilities, IT, and office administration. Beto brings over 30 years of experience in operations management for large organizations such as Argo Group and USAA, where he oversaw a team of process design professionals and project managers responsible for executing innovative business process and technology projects. During that time, he co-developed an industry-changing patented process within the financial services industry, reflecting his ability to determine operational needs and develop innovative solutions. Beto is a member of Leadership San Antonio (LSA) Class of 45 'The longest class ever'. True to the Camarillo's values of family, education, and community, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, fishing, golfing, hunting, cooking, and cigars on the patio. Beto also leads the firm’s volunteer and community outreach efforts and has mentored fellow professionals and leaders in the community.
