Kristina Saenz, PE

Director of Engineering

Kristina Saenz joined PCI in 2024 and currently serves as Director of Engineering, bringing 20 years of experience in civil engineering. Her expertise includes working on various transportation projects throughout the San Antonio region for clients such as the City of San Antonio (CoSA), Bexar County, and Port San Antonio. Her transportation experience includes roadway design, traffic control plans (TCP), signing and traffic signal layouts, hydraulic analysis, culvert layouts and bridge class structures, SWPPP, utility coordination, pedestrian and bike facilities, PS&E assembly, and providing construction phase services. As Director, she is responsible for effectively managing a team of multi-disciplinary professionals to produce quality design deliverables while fulfilling schedule and budget requirements. Her passion for family, community, and education is reflected in her cheering for her kids’ sports teams, coordinating service events as a local mission coordinator, and mentoring individuals in the industry, including through Women’s Transportation Seminar San Antonio Region (WTS-SAR).  ///   LinkedIn
