Mark W. “Bill” Miller, PE

Project Engineer

Bill Miller, PE joined Poznecki-Camarillo in 2020. He currently serves as one of the firm’s project engineers bringing 22 years of civil engineering project experience, including highway projects, rail projects, and utility coordination. He has extensive experience in PS&E for both small and large roadway projects for local, state, and federal agencies. He has provided excellent service to TxDOT, and also has worked as an in-house consultant for the Austin District. Bill is also active within his community, extending his engineering expertise to his church’s building planning committee. He is passionate about his family, often supporting his son with his Troops of St. George Scout Troop and campouts.   ///   LinkedIn
