Rob Maxwell joined Poznecki-Camarillo in 2024 as Vice President of Engineering. He has over 35 years of experience in civil engineering for city streets, county roads, highways, toll roads and freight railroads. As a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, he has served as project manager on numerous schematics, environmental, and PS&E projects from Farm-to-Market (FM) roads to Interstate Highways. His prior work experience also includes serving as Director of Infrastructure for the Harris County Commissioner where he oversaw planning, design and construction of projects such as a $300M capital improvement plan. He has received awards from the North Houston Association – Compass Award; Texas Public Works Association – Environmental Award for Small Projects and the Boy Scouts of America – Scoutmaster Award of Merit.
